Denquity recognizes the significance of personal information and accordingly formulates this Privacy Policy, keeping the best interests of those who avail the Application. By downloading the Application, you agree to the terms of collection of Information. The use of this App remains subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Denquity may obtain and receive personal data, such as name, gender, email address, date of birth, and location when users register with the company. Additionally, Denquity may also receive device and log file information, such as Internet Protocol Address, Browser type, Browser Language, date and time of usage of Application, Device type, operating system of the device, unique device identifiers and device settings when the Application is used.
Denquity will use personal data collected from users only for the purpose of providing the services requested by the user. The data may also be used to refine and enhance products and services. Personal data will not be disclosed to any third party without prior consent from the user, except as required by law.
Yes, Denquity may use personal data collected to provide users with online newsletters or e-updates. No separate subscription is required.
Yes, when users access the Application, Denquity may send cookies to the user's system. Users can instruct their browser to refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, the Denquity website or app may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled.
Denquity will retain the information provided and received as long as the user remains a registered subscriber for the Application. The company will also retain and use the user's information as necessary to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Denquity recognizes the need for security and has implemented commercially reasonable, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information against unauthorized access, theft, and loss. However, these safeguards do not guarantee that user information will not be accessed, disclosed or destroyed by a breach. In the event of such a situation, Denquity will notify the user to take appropriate steps.
This privacy policy will remain effective as of April 26, 2021 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its terms in the future. Denquity may change this policy from time to time, and will not be able to serve prior notice with regard to the proposed change or modification. If a user continues to use the App after changes are in effect, they agree to the revised policy.
Yes, the email-id and phone number provided by the user will be used for future communication between Denquity and the user. The email-id and phone number will not be disclosed to any third party.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the policies and procedures on the collection, use, disclosure and protection of your information when you use our website www.denquity.com (the "Site") and our "Denquity" application for mobile and handheld devices (“Application”). The Site and Application may hereinafter be collectively referred to as the “Platform”. The Platform is operated and owned by Denquity Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at Level 11, Prestige Trade Towers, No. 46, Palace Road Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560001 (hereinafter referred to as “Denquity”, “we”, “us” or “our” which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context, shall be deemed to mean and include its legal representatives, nominees, successors and assigns).
The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user of the Platform. The term “Services” refers to any services offered by Denquity whether on the Platform or otherwise.
We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring that any information shared by you on the platform during the provision of Services or otherwise is safeguarded. This policy applies only to the information we collect through any of our Services, in email, text and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with its Services.
Please read this Policy before using the Platform or submitting any personal information to us. This Policy is a part of and incorporated within, and is to be read along with, the Terms of Use.
By using the Platform and the Services, it is deemed that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and you consent to the collection, transfer, use, storage, disclosure and sharing of your information as described and collected by us in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with the Policy, please do not use or access the Platform.
The Platform may contain links to other websites. Any personal information about you collected whilst visiting such websites is not governed by this Policy. Denquity shall not be responsible for and has no control over the practices and content of any website accessed using the links contained on the Platform. This Policy shall not apply to any information you may disclose to any of our service providers/ service personnel which we do not require you to disclose to us or any of our service providers under this Policy.
We will collect and process the following information about you:
Information you give us - This includes information submitted when you access the platform:
Your account information: Your full name, email address, postal code, password and other information you may provide with your account, such as your gender, mobile phone number, name and password, address, payment or banking information, date of birth and profile picture. Your profile picture that will be publicly displayed as part of your account profile. You may optionally provide us with this information through third-party sign-in services such as Firebase (using Facebook, Google, Mobile OPT, etc). In such cases, we fetch and store whatever information is made available to us by you through these sign-in services.
Provide content to us, which may include reviews, ordering details and history, favorite vendors, special requests, contact information of people you refer to us and other information you provide on the Platform (“Your Content”).
Use our Services, we may collect and store information about you to process your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions, including (but not limited to) your phone number, address, email, billing information and credit or payment card information.
Correspond with Denquity for customer support; Participate in the interactive services offered by the Platform such as discussion boards, competitions, promotions or surveys, other social media functions or make payments etc., or Enable features that require Denquity’s access to your phone, personal contacts and address book. ;
Report problems for troubleshooting.
If you sign up to use our Services, we may as per need collect location details, copies of government identification documents and other details (KYC), call and SMS details.
Information we collect about you - With regard to each of your visits to the Platform, we will automatically collect and analyse the following demographic and other information:
When you communicate with us (via email, phone, through the Platform or otherwise), we may maintain a record of your communication;
Location information: Depending on the Services that you use, and your app settings or device permissions, we may collect your real time information, or approximate location information as determined through data such as GPS, IP address;
Transaction Information: We collect transaction details related to your use of our Services, and information about your activity on the Services, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), the type of Services you requested or provided, comments, domain names, search results selected, number of clicks, information and pages viewed and searched for, the order of those pages, length of your visit to our Services, the date and time you used the Services, amount charged, details regarding application of promotional code, methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call our customer service number and other related transaction details;
Device Information: We may collect information about the devices you use to access our Services, including the hardware models, operating systems and versions, software, file names and versions, preferred languages, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, device motion information and mobile network information.
Stored information and files: the mobile application may also access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your mobile device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts and address book information. If you permit the Denquity to access the address book on your device, we may collect names and contact information from your address book to facilitate social interactions through our services and for other purposes described in this Policy or at the time of consent or collection.
If you are a registered supplier, service personnel, dental lab, assistant, or a delivery partner, we will, additionally, record your calls with us made from the device used to provide Services, related call details, SMS details location and address details.
We may receive information about you from third parties, such as other users, partners (including ad partners, analytics providers, search information providers), or our affiliated companies or if you use any of the other websites/ apps we operate or the other Services we provide. Users of our Ad Services and other third-parties may share information with us such as the cookie ID, device ID, or demographic or interest data, and information about content viewed or actions taken on a third-party website, online services or apps. For example, users of our Ad Services may also be able to share customer list information (e.g., email or phone number) with us to create customized audience segments for their ad campaigns.
When you sign in to Denquity Platform with your SNS account, or otherwise connect to your SNS account with the Services, you consent to our collection, storage, and use, in accordance with this Policy, of the information that you make available to us through the social media interface. This could include, without limitation, any information that you have made public through your social media account, information that the social media service shares with us, or information that is disclosed during the sign-in process. Please see your social media provider’s privacy policy and help center for more information about how they share information when you choose to connect your account.
If you are a Clinic, Service personnel, Supplier, Assistant, Doctor or a Dental Lab, we may, additionally, receive feedback and rating from other users.
The Platform and third parties with whom we partner, may use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, mobile device IDs, “flash cookies” and similar files or technologies to collect and store information with respect to your use of the Services and third-party websites.
Cookies are small files that are stored on your browser or device by websites, apps, online media and advertisements. We use cookies and similar technologies for purposes such as:
To Authenticate users; To Remember user preferences and settings; To Determine the popularity of content; To Deliver and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns; To analyse site traffic and trends, and generally understanding the online behaviors and interests of people who interact with our services.

To provide, personalise, maintain and improve our products and services, such as to enable deliveries and other services, enable features to personalise your Denquity account;
To carry out our obligations arising from any agreement between you and us and to provide you with the relevant information and services;
To administer and enhance the security of Denquity Platform and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes;
To provide you with information about services we consider similar to those that you are already using, or have enquired about, or may interest you. If you are a registered user, we will contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS or telephone) with information about these services;
To understand our users (what they do on our Services, what features they like, how they use them, etc.), improve the content and features of our Services (such as by personalizing content to your interests), process and complete your transactions, make special offers, provide customer support, process and respond to your queries;
To generate and review reports and data about, and to conduct research on, our user base and Service usage patterns;
To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Services, if any; or
To measure or understand the effectiveness of advertising we serve to you and others, and to deliver relevant advertising to you.
If you are a street food vendor or delivery partner, to track the progress of delivery or status of the order placed by our customers.
We may combine the information that we receive from third parties with the information you give to us and information we collect about you for the purposes set out above. Further, we may anonymize and/or de-identify information collected from you through the Services or via other means, including via the use of third-party web analytic tools. As a result, our use and disclosure of aggregated and/or de-identified information is not restricted by this Policy, and it may be used and disclosed to others without limitation.
We analyse the log files of our Denquity Platform that may contain Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and language, Internet service provider (ISP), referring, app crashes, page viewed and exit websites and applications, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. This helps us to administer the website, to learn about user behaviour on the site, to improve our product and services, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
We may share your information that we collect for following purposes:
With Service Providers: We may share your information with our vendors, consultants, marketing partners, research firms and other service providers or business partners, such as Payment processing companies, to support our business. For example, your information may be shared with outside vendors to send you emails and messages or push notifications to your devices in relation to our Services, to help us analyze and improve the use of our Services, to process and collect payments. We also may use vendors for other projects, such as conducting surveys or organizing sweepstakes for us.
With service, supply, and lab services: While you place a request to order products or the offered services through the Denquity Platform, your information is provided to us and to the personnel of products or services with whom you may choose to order/avail. In order to facilitate your order processing, we provide your information to that merchant/lab/service personnel in a similar manner as if you had made a order directly with them. If you provide a mobile phone number, Denquity may send you text messages regarding the order’s delivery status.
With Other Users: If you are a delivery partner, we may share your name, phone number and/or profile picture (if applicable), tracking details with other users to provide them the Services.
Legal Purposes. We may share your information when we believe in good faith that such sharing is reasonably necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding possible illegal activities or to comply with legal process. We may also share your information to investigate and address threats or potential threats to the physical safety of any person, to investigate and address violations of this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service, or to investigate and address violations of the rights of third parties and/or to protect the rights, property and safety of Denquity, our employees, users, or the public. This may involve the sharing of your information with law enforcement, government agencies, courts, and/or other organizations on account of legal request such as subpoena, court order or government demand to comply with the law.
For Internal Use: We may share your information with any present or future member of our “Group” (as defined below) or affiliates for our internal business purposes The term “Group” means, with respect to any person, any entity that is controlled by such person, or any entity that controls such person, or any entity that is under common control with such person, whether directly or indirectly, or, in the case of a natural person, any Relative (as such term is defined in the Companies Act, 1956 and Companies Act, 2013 to the extent applicable) of such person.
With Advertisers and advertising networks: We may work with third parties such as network advertisers to serve advertisements on the Denquity Platform and on third-party websites or other media (e.g., social networking platforms). These third parties may use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons (including clear GIFs), Flash LSOs and other tracking technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content to you.
To fulfil the purpose for which you provide it.
We may share your information other than as described in this Policy if we notify you and you consent to the sharing.
We have in place appropriate technical and security measures to secure the information collected by us.
We use a designed mechanism to protect the user information being accessed by third party service providers. Our payment gateway and payment processing are compliant with the payment card industry standard (generally referred to as PCI compliant service providers). You are advised not to send your full credit/debit card details through unencrypted electronic platforms. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a username and password which enables you to access certain parts of the Denquity Platform, you are responsible for keeping these details confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Please be aware that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted through the Denquity Platform. Once we have received your information, we will use strict physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to try to prevent unauthorised access.
The user shall have the following rights with respect to the information provided by him/ her.
Right to access the Personal Information that are processed: You have the right to access your information held by us and seek details relating to (i) purposes of collection, storage, usage, disclosure and/or transfer of your information; (ii) the categories of concerned information; and/or (iii) the third party or recipient to whom the information is disclosed. Upon making a request, you will receive a brief summary of your information being collected, stored, used, disclosed or transferred by us for the purposes mentioned under relevant clauses of this Privacy Policy.
Right to erasure (”Right to be forgotten”): You have the right to request us to delete or erase your information (i) when it is no longer necessary to use your information for our purposes; (ii) where you have withdrawn your consent to collection, storage, usage, disclosure and/or transfer of information; (iii) where you have objected to using your information as per the clauses of this Privacy Policy; and/or (iv) where we have unlawfully collected, stored, used, disclosed and/or transferred your information.
Right to rectification: You have the right to request us for correction of any inaccurate information, completion of incomplete information or updating any outdated information about you.
Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to request us to restrict the collection, storage, usage, disclosure and/or transfer of your information in the following circumstances: (i) when you want to establish information’s accuracy; (ii) where our use of your information is unlawful but you do not want us to erase such information; (iii) where we no longer need to collect, store, use, disclose and/or transfer your information, but you need us to hold your information as you need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; and/or (iv) when you have objected to our collection, storage, usage, disclosure and/or transfer of your information, but we need to verify whether we have overriding legitimate grounds to use such information.
Right to withdraw your consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent for the collection, storage, usage, disclosure and/or transfer of information by us at any time. However, on withdrawal of your consent, we shall have the option not to provide Services for which your information was sought.
Right to object to processing: You have the right to object to our collection, storage, usage, disclosure and/or transfer of information: (i) where we are relying on a legitimate interest and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground as you feel it impacts your fundamental rights and freedoms; and (ii) where collection, storage, usage, disclosure and/or transfer of your information is used for marketing purposes.
Rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling: You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling. We do not take any decision about you based on automated decision making and profiling, unless we take your explicit consent for the same.
You can close your account by visiting your profile settings page on our website. We will remove your public posts from view and/or dissociate them from your account profile, but we may retain information about you for the purposes authorized under this Privacy Policy unless prohibited by law. Thereafter, we will either delete your personal information or de-identify it so that it is anonymous and not attributed to your identity. For example, we may retain information to prevent, investigate, or identify possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service or to comply with legal obligations.
We reserve the right to amend or modify any of the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time as we deem fit. All changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective immediately upon being posted on our Website. However, in order to prevent any confusion an effective date will be provided. In case of any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by e-mail and clearly post the changes on our Website.
If you continue the use of our Website or our Services after the effective date of a modified Privacy Policy, it will indicate your consent to any amended or modified terms. It is hereby clarified that the Privacy Policy shall also include any amendments or modifications thereof.
The company shall keep all the information of the Doctors, Clinics, Assistants, service personnel, supply merchants, lab services and Delivery agents such as name, address, ID Proof and bank account details stored in separate server which shall be strongly encrypted and encoded.
In case the Doctors, Clinics, Assistants, service personnel, supply merchants, lab services and Delivery agents don’t want to continue their business with our organization after their application for closure is received by our technical team then within the time period of one week the account shall be closed and if there is any payment due from our side then it shall be paid to the vendor/delivery agent. As soon as the contract terminates the entire information of vendor/delivery agent shall be deleted from our systems.
Privacy Policy for the Customers
We follow a strict privacy policy for the customers as well the customers need to login into their account through a OTP received on the registered mobile number/ existing Google, Facebook or other account, for convenience as the customer does not have to remember the login password every time.
All the information of the customer such as name, address, mobile number, payment options such as UPI ID, E-wallets that are linked to the account and added debit card and credit card numbers are highly confidential in nature and it is our organization’s utmost priority to keep this information safe hence this information is encrypted and encoded and then it is being saved in the separate server.
In case the customer has decided to stop using our services then there is a Delete Account option in our settings which when exercised all the information of the customer gets deleted automatically.
Note: We never directly ask for the vendor/delivery agent bank details over phone or other means. Therefore if anyone tries to collect this information from you please do not pass such sensitive information to that person. All the policies stated above are subject to changes as per the government guidelines.
